Hey there Love,

As someone who grew up in a working-class, low-income family we never could afford things like gym memberships, Yoga Studio fees, and especially not Nutrition coaches. My parents struggled to put food on the table and a stable roof over our heads. I’m not quite sure how, but they made it work. It’s no surprise that we couldn’t afford to pay for healthy groceries or anyone's higher education, especially not health education. So we lived off Macaroni and cheese, spaghetti, and PB&J’s and ate wherever we had food.

On my quest for knowledge, experience, & structure I enlisted in the US Navy where I learned a great deal about the world and myself. After being medically separated from active duty for an incurable disease, I sought to find answers about how I could heal myself with food. I found the answers through knowledge. I was blessed to learn from some of the most amazing teachers, trainers, Dr.’s, guides, & Gurus. I traveled all over the world and gained a new level of self-awareness through Yoga, Ayurveda, & Jyotish.

I had found my Dharma, my cosmic purpose in this journey we call life. That purpose is to educate, influence, and help anyone who would be willing to learn about this ancient wisdom I stumbled upon in my quest for knowledge, regardless of socioeconomic status. The beauty of the Vedic Life Sciences & the accuracy of the Western Hard Sciences can combine into a powerhouse of knowledge that has the power to heal our hearts, minds, bodies, & souls.

My goal is the make Ayurveda, Yoga, & Jyotish household names. I created the D’rock Method from my personal weight management journey and I applied it to a simple easy-to-understand, affordable, & convenient program that virtually anyone with a smartphone can access.
